This item was supposed to arrive on the 4th of may and has still not arrived and has no updated arrival time listed. There are no listed delays for my country on the delivery fulfillment website either. I understand a few delays but we are coming up with almost a week past the expected date with no hint of when it might actually arrive. I think the design is beautiful from the product photos but I don’t appreciate being asked for a review of a product I don’t have and may never receive from an email claiming it was fulfilled two weeks ago.
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that, that must be very frustrating. I emailed you your USPS tracking link. As you were able to determine during our emails, there was a failed delivery attempt from the postal service in your country, listed on the tracking link. In these situations I will always be able to assist with either getting the package to be delivered again or send out a replacement.

I finally got this mousepad (it's April 1st), and just wow—it's amazing and great quality! Since I'm in France, it took a bit of time to arrive (ordered on March 12), but seriously, just wow!
I was hesitant at first, but bit the bullet and bought this. Super thicc, very clean, and the graphic looks fantastic. 10/10 recommend!

This is the best deskmat I have ever owned. The quality is much higher than I was expecting, I love the artists work who created the design and that's mainly why I purchased it, but after receiving the item I couldn't believe the quality. The thick mat makes for a very comfortable experience.
